Recruitment event - 18 January 2024

We are delighted to be holding our very first ever Trust-wide recruitment event on Thursday 18 January at Solihull Academy. Drop in between 4.30pm and 6.30pm to meet key Trust staff and discuss current opportunities and future career options within the Trust.

It is an exciting time to be joining us.

Since opening in April 2018, we have developed from one AP free school on one site to a minimum of four separate AP academies across seven sites and three Local Authorities (as of September 2025).

The benefits of this growth means we can support more students, create more pathways for students we might not have been able to help previously and retain and progress staff who believe in our vision, impact with our young people and possess the skills, resilience and work ethic to make that vision a reality day in and day out.

A diverse range of roles

We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our vibrant team and have many different teaching and non-teaching opportunities across the Trust:

Teaching - Teachers of Alternative Provision, as well as foundation, vocational and core subjects alongside Senior Leaders.

Non-teaching - Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Support Workers, Cleaners, Site Managers, Mentors, Administrators (including ICT and Finance), Technicians, Learning Support Assistants and Pastoral staff, Senior Leaders, Pupil Progress Managers and more.
