We grow our own…

We're committed to cultivating our own talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we're dedicated to providing them with the opportunities and resources they need to reach their full potential.

We're proud to be a trust that is known for its strong culture of employee development.

We offer a number of benefits to our staff including:

  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career. Regular continuing personal development sessions.
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing service
  • Free flu vaccine each year
  • Free parking on school sites
  • Teachers' Pension Scheme and Local Government Pension Scheme

It is an exciting time to be joining us.

Since opening in April 2018, we have developed from one AP free school on one site to a minimum of four separate AP academies across seven sites and three Local Authorities (as of September 2025).

The benefits of this growth means we can help more students, we can create more pathways for students we might not have been able to help previously, and we can retain and progress staff who believe in our vision, and have the skills and work ethic to make that vision of reality day in and day out.

We are proud of our diverse community and are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for all, fostered in an environment of mutual respect and dignity. We strongly encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply for our roles.
